About
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. I have been practicing massage therapy for 19 years and enjoy helping my clients on their healing journey. I often get asked what my "Style" of massage therapy is and I usually say I am a mix of deep tissue and flow, but am also here for everyone else who just likes a good ol' relaxation massage. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to massage so I am always open to tailoring the treatment to what you are looking for. Looking forward to meeting you!

Highly recommend! Lindsay is professional, welcoming, and took the time to understand my concerns. The massage was relaxing and helped relieve so much tension. I left feeling refreshed and cared for.
