About
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. I have been practicing massage therapy for 19 years and enjoy helping my clients on their healing journey. I often get asked what my "Style" of massage therapy is and I usually say I am a mix of deep tissue and flow, but am also here for everyone else who just likes a good ol' relaxation massage. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to massage so I am always open to tailoring the treatment to what you are looking for. Looking forward to meeting you!

I had a 90 minute Theraputic massage which was absolutely excellent. I was so knotted up on my right side and Lindsay spent time ensuring it was so relaxed. I would recommend Lindsay any time you need a massage.
